Marketing in the ‘New Normal’

The novel Coronavirus made 2020 a defining moment in consumer behavior, accelerating long-term trends. As a result of the closed storefronts, consumers were forced to meet their needs online. Social media platforms saw record usage and data showed an overall increase in screen time. While the original stay-at-home orders may have been temporary, this session will demonstrate how the pandemic marked a tectonic shift in homeowner behavior and continues to define the ‘new normal’.
