Stuart led PERC's Safety & Training mission including the development of the industry's consumer safety messages that continue to reach millions propane consumers annually, as well as many heavily used technical workforce safety and compliance programs including the industry's first ever computer-based workforce training programs that set the stage for PERC's current online initiatives.

Stuart currently offers safety management consulting services including online and on-site training and presentations, on-site safety audits and job hazard analyses, writing technical safety articles for professional trade publications.
