
Jim Collura serves as Vice President for Government Affairs at the National Energy &
Fuels Institute (NEFI), a trade association that has represented Main Street energy
providers since 1942. Jim spearheads NEFI’s advocacy efforts and fights daily to
promote and defend industry interests in Washington, DC.
He represents the association before members of Congress, federal agencies, and allied national organizations. Prior to joining NEFI in 2005, Jim worked as a staffer in the United States. Senate and as a legislative aid for a religious non-profit. He holds a B.A. in Politics from St. Anselm College in New Hampshire and has completed coursework in theCongressional Studies program at Catholic University in Washington, DC.
